Hearts & Hands

Martyna Skalna

CEO & CO-Founder

Martyna's path to Allies began not in a boardroom, but in ceremony. Years of personal work with plant medicine, including a Bobinsana dieta and an immersive trip studying herbalism in Costa Rica, brought her into direct relationship with the plants long before she understood how to build a company around them. That lived experience, alongside her training in psychedelic-assisted therapy at CIIS and ongoing connections with researchers at the forefront of the field, is the thread that runs through everything she brings to this work.

Professionally, Martyna built her foundation in corporate consulting and venture capital, developing fluency in strategy, operations, and the economics of building something new. She holds an MBA and has carried design thinking into every room she's worked in. What drew her to Allies was the rare alignment of rigorous craft and genuine intention: a company where the business model is inseparable from the mission.

She joined as Co-Founder and CEO to help Allies grow with the same care that went into the formulas: thoughtfully, relationally, and in right relationship with the communities this work is meant to serve.
