These tinctures are a wonderful addition to any ceremonial or guided journey experience. Having spent a number of years in this work, I've always been a little frustrated with having to offer supplements to clients at staggered intervals throughout the day.

In turn those supplements have traditionally come in the form capsules from plastic bottles. While I do think they are useful, it came as a breath of fresh air to receive these beautifully packaged, and natural tinctures that seem so much more compatible with the overall feel of the ceremony.

In turn they taste absolutely delicious and can be woven in seamlessly before, during and after the experience itself.

Every client I have shared them with, loved them and seemed genuinely excited whenever I brought them out. I really appreciate the way they are broken into stages and that those stages compliment the arc of my own work. Its simple, creative and effective.

So far every practitioner I've shared them with has loved them and has jumped at the opportunity to use them in their own practice as well

Like many a psychonaut, I've been known to push a boundary or two. To explore the unknown and lean into discomfort. After reading the description of Grounding, I knew I'd need a state change to test its presence-ing effects. So I induced a dark mindspace with an infused joint.

Amid that spiraling mass of mean thoughts, I took my first dropper.

To my delight, the liquid was sweet, earthy, somewhat floral—and quite tasty. I've sampled many tinctures over the years, and few are this flavorful.

But the best part is that it worked. Almost immediately, my agitation began to fade. By the third dropper-full an hour later, it was smooth sailing. I should mention that I'm not typically sensitive to tinctures, so it came as a surprise how quickly it acted on me.

Kudos to you, Allies, for creating a remedy that far surpasses chomping on peppercorns. Grounding will be a go-to for future 'oh no' moments.

With so many herbal products out there and so much hype in the medicine world, I was initially skeptical that these tinctures would add value for myself or my clients.

I was surprised and pleased to find that they well exceeded my expectations. They are expertly formulated, delicious, and have both immediate and cumulative impact on the system.

I am now using them personally before, during, and after every journey, and have shared them with many friends, clients, and colleagues. I also use them for general support outside of the context of journey work, particularly the Sustaining and Grounding tinctures.

Allies has added significant value to my personal & professional practice with psychedelic medicines. As a psychotherapist, I highly recommend Allies to my clients to support a deeply integrated & embodied experience.

The comprehensive protocol is intentional, effective and efficient for clients to weave into their daily routine supporting them with sustainable change. The selection of herbs in each tincture is brilliant and the packaging is beautiful.

Each formula, crafted with 100% organically grown ingredients, supports different stages of the process. They provide a unique balance of reflection, emotional support, grounding into the present, and long term integration making them an essential part of my journey toolkit. Whether microdosing or diving deeper, these blends elevate the entire process, no matter the medicine I am working with.

Jenny, Depth Psychotherapist

I was introduced to Allies Botanicals during a time of powerful transition and transformation in my life. I have worked with psychedelics for many years, but in times of grief the master plants can often be too strong for my nervous system.

I used Allies products throughout this time and found them to be supportive and helpful guides as I entered into the mystery, integrated the lessons, and grounded into a new reality.

Having these gentle, subtle plants by my side gave me a tether to the natural world that continued to remind me that I am held, supported, and guided as I navigate the intricate cycles of life.
